Service
Nuntome is a subscription renewal reminder service. It helps you track subscriptions, trials, renewal dates, and reminder preferences. Nuntome does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and reminders are not a substitute for your own subscription management.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Magic Link secure. You may not share, resell, or abuse your account, bypass Free limits, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use Nuntome to provide reminder services to others.
Billing
Nuntome offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions, taxes, receipts, payment methods, refunds, and the customer billing portal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds follow Paddle's default refund process. You may cancel Pro from the Paddle Customer Portal. When you cancel, Pro access remains available until the end of the current billing period where applicable.
User content
You retain ownership of subscription names, tags, notes, uploaded logos, avatars, and other content you add. You grant Nuntome the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and send reminders using that content.
Disclaimers
Nuntome is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered 100% of the time, because delivery can be affected by third-party email services, mailbox rules, outages, or user configuration.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nuntome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, data-loss, profit-loss, or goodwill-loss damages. For paid users, aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months; for Free users, it is limited to 0 USD.
