Privacy Policy
Draft for MVP launch. Controller entity, address, effective date, and data region must be filled before production.
Data we collect
We collect account data such as email, name, Google account identifiers when Google sign-in is used, timezone, locale, currency preferences, reminder preferences, subscription records, tags, notes, uploaded avatars and logos, session metadata, and email event data such as bounces or complaints.
How we use data
We use data to provide account access, subscription tracking, renewal reminders, billing status, fraud prevention, abuse protection, support, and service reliability. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Payments
Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record. Nuntome does not receive or store card numbers or bank details. We store Paddle customer and subscription identifiers and billing status so the app can determine Free or Pro access.
Third parties
Nuntome uses Supabase for database and storage, Vercel for hosting, AWS SES for email, Inngest for background jobs, Paddle for payments, Google for optional sign-in, Gravatar for avatar fallback, and Sentry if observability is enabled.
Cookies
Nuntome uses necessary cookies for sessions, authentication, and CSRF protection. MVP does not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can update profile and notification settings in the app, unsubscribe from reminder emails, cancel billing through Paddle, and delete your account from settings. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@nunto.me.
Retention
Account and subscription data is kept while your account exists. Account deletion removes user-owned app data. Email suppression records may be kept to avoid sending to bounced, complained, or unsubscribed addresses.
